Postnet barcode symbology is a linear bar code symbology used by United State Postal Service to assist in directing mail. The Postal Service developed the POSTNET (POSTal Numeric Encoding Technique) barcode to encode zip code information on letter mail for reliable sorting by barcode sorters (BCSs). The POSTNET barcode can represent a five-digit ZIP Code (32 bars), a nine-digit ZIP+4 code (52 bars), or an eleven-digit delivery point code (62 bars). Our barcode designer program can design bar coded labels/tags/stickers in less time and efforts. Bar coding system makes 1D postal bar codes in different sizes and shapes as per your requirement.
